Every Worn With Purpose by Seed to Soul item is made to order. Please review product details, color choices, and size information carefully before purchasing.
Returns and exchanges
Because our products are produced specifically after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, including ordering the wrong size or color or changing your mind. This does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us at hello@wornbyseedtosoul.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the item and the problem.
Once the issue is verified, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may be a free replacement or a refund to the original payment method. You generally will not need to return a damaged or incorrect item unless we give you specific instructions.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after the refund is issued for it to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Order changes and cancellations
Production can begin shortly after an order is submitted. Contact us immediately if you need to request a change or cancellation. We will try to help, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once production has begun.
Address and delivery issues
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is returned or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional production or reshipping charges may apply. If tracking indicates a package is lost in transit, contact us so we can investigate. When a package is confirmed lost and the delivery address was correct, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
