These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of wornbyseedtosoul.com and purchases from Worn With Purpose by Seed to Soul (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
1. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information and to use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with site security, misuse the checkout, introduce malicious code, scrape the site without permission, infringe intellectual property, or use the site to violate any law or the rights of another person.
2. Products and made-to-order production
Our apparel and related products are made to order by fulfillment partners after purchase. We try to display colors, measurements, descriptions, and images accurately, but screens and production methods can create minor variations. These normal variations are not necessarily defects. Product availability, designs, materials, and specifications may change without notice.
3. Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and may change before an order is placed. Shipping charges, applicable taxes, discounts, and the final total are shown during checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment providers to charge the order total.
4. Orders
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not require us to accept or fulfill it. We may reject or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or inventory errors, product restrictions, or other legitimate reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled portion.
5. Shipping, title, and risk
Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays can occur because of carriers, inventory, weather, customs, holidays, or events outside our reasonable control. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Shipping details are governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss transfers as provided by applicable law.
6. Returns, refunds, changes, and cancellations
Our products are made to order. Eligibility for returns, exchanges, replacements, refunds, order changes, and cancellations is governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
7. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions may have separate conditions, expiration dates, exclusions, or purchase requirements. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, applied retroactively, redeemed for cash, or used for resale. We may modify or end a promotion as permitted by law.
8. Intellectual property
The site and its designs, artwork, product names, photographs, copy, graphics, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to Worn With Purpose by Seed to Soul and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for personal, non-commercial use of the site, no content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission.
9. Reviews, messages, and other submissions
If you send us a review, photo, suggestion, or other content, you represent that you have the right to share it and that it is lawful and accurate. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting our business, subject to our Privacy Policy. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
10. Third-party services and links
Our store uses third-party services for hosting, payments, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, and other functions. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their independent content, practices, or availability.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Worn With Purpose by Seed to Soul and its owners, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from the site or products. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, together with applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
15. Changes, severability, and entire agreement
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms and the policies referenced above are the entire agreement concerning your use of the store and purchases from us.
